Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality person-centred care and support to residents during day or night shifts.
Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
Monitor resident well-being, maintain accurate care records, and escalate health concerns promptly.
Supervise and support care staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior Carer in a UK care home setting (Essential).
SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Right to work in the UK.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high standards of care.
