We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our home care team in Frome, Somerset. This rewarding role involves providing essential care and support to clients within their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist clients with daily living routines, mobility support, and transportation.
Follow individual care plans closely and accurately document client visits using digital care records.
Monitor health status, well-being, and report any changes promptly to the care management team.
Provide warm companionship and emotional support while maintaining a safe home environment.
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential – Drivers only).
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to commute reliably within Frome and the surrounding Somerset area.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Basic IT skills for updating care plans and logs on digital systems.
Previous experience in home care or a social care setting is preferred, but full training will be provided.
