We are recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our care team. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality personal care and practical support to clients in both residential care home and domiciliary (home care) settings, ensuring their dignity, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support clients with daily routine tasks, meal preparation, medication administration support, and mobility assistance.
Drive to clients’ homes across the local area, ensuring safe and reliable travel between visits.
Engage with clients through meaningful conversation and social activities to promote mental health and well-being.
Maintain accurate digital care records, progress notes, and care plans using electronic care management systems.
Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and wider healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English (Essential).
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (Highly Advantageous).
Right to work in the UK.
Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a care team.
Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Domiciliary Carer is preferred, but full training is provided for candidates with the right attitude.
